Shipping

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
  • Free Shipping on orders over $199
  • $7 flat rate for orders under $199

Items will be shipped during workdays. New Zealand Post guidance is that shipments sent using Tracked ParcelPost will take up to 3 working days after the item has been sent, your shipment can be any time at New Zealand Post.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

All shipments are sent using International Air which has a target delivery time frame of 3-6 working days after the item has been dispatched, which is typically same, or next day.

Orders under $199

  • Economy: $20 flat rate
  • Tracked: $25 flat rate

Orders over $199

  • Economy: Free
  • Tracked: $10 flat rate

Orders over $299

  • Tracked: Free

Economy ShippingNZ Post International Air (Non-signature, Trackable) with a target delivery timeframe of 7-13 business days

Cost:

  • Orders under $/£/€199: $/£/€25 (flat rate)
  • Orders over $/£/€199: Free

Priority Shipping: FedEx International Priority or NZ Post Courier with a target delivery timeframe of 4-7 business days

Cost:

  • Orders under $/£/€199: $/£/€50 (flat rate)
  • Orders between $/£/€199-399: $/£/€25 (flat rate)
  • Orders over $/£/€399: Free

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 30 days since the date you received items to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, this includes returning your item in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you using the original payment method. Shipping costs on the original order, including duties and taxes, are not refundable.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you do have a change of mind with your purchase, you can return your item or exchange the item, minus a restocking fee. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay for return postage. To be eligible your item must be unused, unworn, the same condition it was received and in its original packaging.
