What are your products made of?

All our products use natural fibres to make up the fabric. Where possible we have also made sure natural fibres have been used for the product details and decorations. Where we haven't used natural fibres, we have used post-consumer recycled materials. For the best information, check out of product pages for the detailed composition of each product.

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in New Zealand. This allows us to ensure they are of the highest quality and that our manufacturing processes respect the people who make them. We believe in the quality and care in our products and the people who make them.

How do I care for my product?

Wash in warm water with matching colours. Avoid softeners, bleach, bio-detergents and dry cleaning. Wool detergent recommended. Secure all zips prior to washing and drying. Line dry in the shade. Low-warm iron. Don’t iron any prints, trims, or labels. For the best information, check out of product pages for the detailed composition of each product.

How long can I wear these without washing them?

While some brands claim you can wear merino-based garments indefinitely without washing, we recommend finding a routine that works for you. Our garments are low-maintenance, machine washable, and wrinkle-resistant, perfect for busy schedules or travelers. Often, airing them out and spot cleaning will suffice. For wrinkles, hang them in the bathroom during a hot shower.

With multiple items, you can easily get through a year with regular washing, ideal for travel or simplifying your life.

When washing, use cold water (30°C) on a delicate cycle with wool detergents. Avoid heavy-duty detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, and tumble drying. Fasten closures before washing and drying. Lay flat or line dry in the shade.

What are the shipping costs?

We've tried to simplify shipping rates for each region. We include free shipping options to most places. For check out our Shipping page.

Can I track my shipment?

If tracking was included with your shipping method, you can find the tracking details in the confirmation email sent after we shipped your order. Alternatively, you can also find the tracking details by visiting your account page at account.natclo.shop.

What about customs and import duties?

With the exception of New Zealand and Australia, each country we ship to has an import threshold for tax-free imports. For example, the US has a $1000 threshold, and the UK has a £135 threshold.

It’s important to understand your country’s tax threshold, as taxes will be handled by the recipient.

Good news! A growing number of countries have a free-trade agreement with New Zealand, meaning the import duties won't apply, only the taxes.

Can I change the shipping address?

It may be possible to change the shipping address, but only if we receive your email before we start picking and packing your item. While mistakes can happen, we urge you to double-check the information you provide to ensure its accuracy. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to provide accurate information, and therefore the liability rests with you.

Is your site secure for purchasing?

Yes. When purchasing from our site we give you two options to pay, Shopify Payments & PayPal. Both of these payment options are PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant. This means that you're purchasing via the most secure method available online. Once you have made your purchase, we automatically accept your payment which gives us a fraud report, this helps to protect both us and you from fraudulent transactions.

What happens if the product I want is out of stock?

We aim to keep our products in stock; however, this is not always possible. If we are sold out of a product you want, we will offer the option to pre-order it and provide an update when it is back in stock.

Can I 'Stack' my discounts with multiple discount codes, multi-buy offers, or other discounts?

What payment methods do you accept?
